Owner's Manual, Instructions and Warranty

Every clock we build includes a personalized owner's manual. Instructions for using your clock and it's warranty are included in the manual. Your clock will also have a personalized label describing the the clock, its serial number, contact information and in most cases a photograph of the clock. Here's an example:

Our Warranty

1. This clock is custom made for "New Owner's Name"

2. The clock drive motor is warrantied for one year from the date you acquire the clock. If the motor fails to operate properly within that time, we will replace it free of charge. The owner is responsible for shipping charges to send us the clock. We will replace the drive motor, test the clock and pay the shipping charges to return your clock.

3. Not covered is damage to the clock caused by misuse such as dropping, glass breakage or other damages not caused by normal use.
